• All prices displayed are in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian shoppers.  

• You should assume that all information on this website is the copyrighted work of Oscar Olé Designs. No portion of this website may be reproduced or altered in any way without proir written permission from Oscar Olé Designs.  

• Any communication, material or graphics you transmit to the site by electronic mail or otherwise, including comments, questions, data or such information will be treated as non-confidential and non- propriety.  

• The site owner is not liable for any damages that may occur from the use and misuse of the products sold on this site.  

Shipping  

• Oscar Olé Designs uses the service of the Australian Post for all its deliveries. We have a standard flat rate fee for registered postage and handling for all orders in Australia of $12.00. Reigistered post requires a signature on receipt. Most postcodes in Australia usually receive post the following business day after posting, but can take up to four days depending on location.  
For all International orders postage and handling costs will be communicated via email prior to despatching of the order.  

Returns & Refunds

• Oscar Olé Designs are always concerned about offering you the best possible service. We will refund or exchange a product only if the product is deemed to be faulty by Oscar Olé Designs.

• You must notify Oscar Olé Designs in writing before returning the product. In order for a replacement to be despatched, Oscar Olé Designs reserves the right to examine the product and assess the fault.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged, to ensure that they are not damaged during the return journey.

• Under theTrade Practises Act, we are not obliged to accept returns simply due to you changing your mind about the purchases. Please choose carefully.
